Effective Date: August 14, 2026 | Last Updated: August 14, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WordPress Plugin Pro, a marketplace and dashboard for WordPress plugins operated by Code and core ("Code and core," "we," "us," "our"), available at wordpress-plugins.pro (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features (dashboard, license management, purchases), you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Plugins, Licenses, and Subscriptions
3.1 Free and Premium Plugins
The Service provides access to both free (including WordPress.org releases) and premium plugins. Premium plugins require a paid license.
3.2 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use premium plugins on the number of sites permitted by your license tier. You may activate, deactivate, or transfer a license between your own sites via your dashboard.
3.3 Subscriptions and Renewals
Some plugins are offered on a subscription basis. Where stated as "lifetime updates," this refers to core bug-fix updates for the version purchased and does not guarantee indefinite feature updates or support beyond what is described at time of purchase. Subscription renewal terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented at checkout.
3.4 License Expiry
The effect of an expired or non-renewed license or subscription may vary by plugin. Depending on the specific plugin and license tier, expiry may result in loss of access to updates and support only, or may also affect certain plugin features or functionality on your site. The specific expiry behavior for each plugin is described on that plugin's product page and/or in your dashboard at the time of purchase. Where no specific behavior is stated for a plugin, the default is that the plugin continues to function but stops receiving updates and support until the license is renewed.
3.5 Automatic Updates
By activating a license, you authorize the Service to push automatic updates to connected sites for plugins where this feature is enabled.
4. Payments
- All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms in addition to these Terms.
- Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
- Refunds, where offered, are governed by our refund/licensing policy available on the Service. Absent a stated refund policy for a specific product, all sales are final except as required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service or any plugin for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute premium plugins or license keys except as expressly permitted by your license tier.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with license validation, security features, or update mechanisms.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from premium plugins, except where permitted by law.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, harmful code, or engage in activity that could disrupt or damage the Service or other users' sites.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity when creating an account or submitting a support request.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its design, branding, and marketplace platform (excluding third-party and open-source plugin code), is owned by Code and core and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Premium plugins are licensed, not sold. Ownership of plugin code remains with Code and core or its respective developers, subject to any open-source components governed by their own licenses (e.g., GPL for WordPress.org-compatible plugins).
- You retain ownership of any content, data, or site configurations on your own WordPress installations.
7. Support and Availability
- Support is provided as described on the Service and may vary by license tier.
- We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control (including third-party infrastructure outages) may affect availability.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including payment processing (Razorpay) and cloud hosting/infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or practices of these third parties, though we select and monitor them as part of operating the Service responsibly.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all plugins are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that plugins will be error-free, compatible with every theme or plugin combination, or meet your specific requirements, beyond what is expressly stated on the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Code and core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable plugin or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code and core, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your dashboard, where available.
- We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse licenses.
- Upon termination, your right to use active licenses and the Service will cease, though these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through direct notice (e.g., email or dashboard notification). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
